Open Communication
To achieve a successful project, we believe that it is critical that both Engcomp and our clients are aligned on the project objectives and the plan to achieve them, and that there is regular and open communication throughout the project to ensure that this alignment is maintained. The plan is communicated to the entire project team and utilizing brief and effective daily stand-up meetings we ensure the team is aligned in the execution of their tasks and continual progress is made toward the successful completion of the objectives.
We use scheduling and cost control processes and tools to review the performance metrics of the project in near real time, communicate the performance with the project team, and to make focused adjustments to the plan dynamically. These performance metrics along with explanation of any variance and corrective or mitigative strategies are also communicated to our clients in near real time. This proactive approach results in the efficient and effective production of the right deliverables for the project and the provision of quality service to our clients.
