Culture and Community
We strive to create a corporate culture that makes innovation a day-to-day practice. That is, after all, what engineers are all about, finding better ways to do just about everything, including running a consulting engineering business.
We maintain a strong culture focused on the needs of our people, team building, personal growth and engagement in our community. We are also cognizant of our place in the environment and are consciously focused on reducing our impact. Engcomp is committed to fulfilling its role as a responsible citizen and believes it is our duty to give back to the community by being involved in various social, charitable, professional, and volunteer associations.
Engaged in the community
Engcomp’s culture and social engagement creates a sense of community among staff, and an interest in giving back. Staff have invested time and effort to support a wide range of community events and causes:

- The Mounted Police Foundation
- Canadian Cancer Society
- Children’s Hospital Foundation
- Global Vision Junior Team Canada
- World Vision
Engcomp also sponsors several Saskatoon minor baseball, basketball and hockey teams. Our people are also involved in volunteering, canvassing, fundraising, and coaching in the community.
