As VP Business Development, Nick leads the company’s client relationship development and commercial negotiations. He serves as Engcomp’s lead negotiator for client contracts, including MSAs and project-level agreements, ensuring alignment between client needs, business objectives, and contractual risk.

He previously oversaw the company’s marketing and technology portfolios and led the development of key internal systems and digital infrastructure. His career began in engineering design, where he managed the delivery of detailed engineering services across structural, mechanical, process, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.

With over 20 years of industry experience, he brings a deep technical foundation in 3D parametric modeling, engineering drawing production, and custom automation tools, including AutoCAD customization and programming. He has led structural steel audit programs, managed multi-discipline capital projects ranging from $10K to $50M, and delivered visual assessments, calculations, and reporting for major industrial clients.

Today, Nick combines that technical depth with commercial leadership to help Engcomp grow through value-driven partnerships, risk-aligned contracts, and long-term client engagement.
