Matt has nearly 15 years of experience in potash operations and processing (conventional flotation, crystallization), operations supervision, uranium processing (Northern Saskatchewan high grade ore processing, ammonium sulphate crystallization, water treatment), project engineering, construction, execution, and commissioning. He also has experience with executing process studies, process simulation, project engineering, commissioning, troubleshooting, equipment sizing, mass and energy balance calculations.
