Dr. Kent Kostuk is a Senior Business Consultant with Engcomp, having worked with Engcomp since 2021. Dr. Kostuk is an accomplished engineer with over 30 years of experience in project management, operations research, logistics and decision analysis. He has taught graduate level courses in Decision Analysis and undergraduate courses in Engineering Economics and Operations Management. He has co-authored papers and presentations on utilizing decision analysis to drive innovation in design, managing risk in public-private partnerships, infrastructure asset management, and has been invited to speak on leading change management initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and excellence in logistics organizations. He holds a PhD, MSc and BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and an MS in Decision Analysis from Stanford University.
